Garlic Mushroom & Spinach Pizza
Pizza night this week is all nigh Garlic Mushroom & Spinach Pizza!
You know I love a white pizza. It's truly my pizza base of choice. Tons of garlic, olive oil. cherry-red pepper flakes… it's my absolute all time favorite! Add to that some caramelized mushrooms, tons of wilted spinach, 2 dissimilar kinds of cheese and some lemon juice and information technology'southward the fall pizza of your dreams.
The lemon is the icing on the cake so don't skip it!! And the feta adds an extra bite that you lot wouldn't get from just the mozzarella.

Garlic Mushroom & Spinach Pizza
The perfect earthy Garlic Mushroom & Spinach Pizza with white sauce!! Double the recipe to feed 4!

- ½ pound pizza dough
- iii tablespoons olive oil
- four cloves garlic finely chopped
- one cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 cup feta cheese
- 5 cups loose leaf bloomsdale spinach
- 1 recipe wild mushrooms below
- Red pepper flakes and oregano to garnish
- Lemon wedges to serve
For the Wild Mushrooms
- i lb wild mushrooms
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 shallot sliced
For the wild mushrooms

In a large skillet over medium high heat, rut the olive oil. Add the shallots and sliced mushrooms and sauté for 8-10 minutes until they are soft and starting to caramelize. Season with table salt and continue to cook until golden brown, calculation the garlic the concluding minute of cooking. Remove and bleed any excess liquid as needed.
For the Pizza

Preheat your oven to 500 degrees. Thirty minutes before cooking the pizza, put your pizza stone in the oven.

Stretch the dough in a circular motion, and so lay them out on a flat surface and flatten out using a rolling pivot. If you have a pizza peel, sprinkle some flour on it and identify the stretched out dough on the peel.

Once your pizza doughs is flat and ready to be cooked, castor the olive oil over the pizza and sprinkle with garlic. Pile with the spinach, leaving a i inch crust and scatter with the feta, mozzarella and mushrooms allowing the cheese to fall into the spinach. Season with salt and pepper.

Transfer the pizza into the oven and bake until the crust is golden.

Remove pizza from the oven. Season with ruby pepper flakes, and oregano, and so piece and serve. Serve with lemon wedges.
